(a) SellerFlow account data: name, email, company, billing details.
(b) The user's Amazon account data, obtained via SP-API with the user's express authorization: pricing, product listings, FBA inventory, seller/business partner information, and financial and fee data. At this stage we do not request order data, shipping data, or end-buyer personal information.
(c) Technical usage data (access logs, IP address, date/time), including our own administrative staff's access, which is logged the same way as any other user's.
To provide the repricing and selling-operations management service; to generate reports and analytics for the user; technical support; security and fraud prevention; compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell data to third parties. We share data, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with:

Processing is based on the performance of the service contract with the user. As Get It Now USA LLC operates from the United States and uses providers such as Anthropic (US), international data transfers may occur, covered by standard contractual clauses or another valid GDPR mechanism.
Amazon account data is retained while the user's account is active. Upon account closure, data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g., billing records).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) for the most sensitive information categories (Amazon connection credentials). Access is role-restricted and logged, including administrator access.
Users may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or object to processing of their data by writing to privacy@sellerflow.pro. Users may also revoke SellerFlow's access to their Amazon account at any time from their own Seller Central.
In the event of a security incident affecting Amazon data, we will notify Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours of detection, and affected users in accordance with applicable law.
