STEP 5
Configure Your Products
For each product, set your costs and choose a repricing mode. Click the pencil icon on any product to open the configuration panel.
5.1 Set Your Costs (Required)
- Cost: Your purchase/supplier cost excluding VAT
- FBA Fee FBA or Shipping Cost FBM
- VAT %: Usually 21% in Spain (10% for some categories)
- Min Price: Your absolute minimum selling price
- Max Price: Your maximum selling price
Setting correct Min/Max prices is critical. The repricer will never go below Min or above Max.
5.2 Choose a Repricing Mode
- DISABLED - No automatic repricing, price stays fixed
- REPRICING - Follows BuyBox between your min/max
- REVIEW - AI suggests prices, you approve before applying
- AUTO - AI decides and applies automatically
- APEX - Full AI stack: market state + competitor DNA + timing
- FLOW - Best for high-volume sellers: cashflow-first repricing
Recommended for beginners: Start with REVIEW mode for a few days to see what the AI recommends, then switch to AUTO or APEX.
5.3 Recommended Starting Configuration
Hard Floor (Min Price): Cost + Fees + 3% margin minimum
Soft Floor: Cost + Fees + 6-7% margin
Target: Cost + Fees + 10-15% margin
Max Price: Cost + Fees + 20-25% margin
