IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these terms carefully before using the service. By registering or using SellerFlow, you accept these terms in full.

1. Service Provider

This service is provided by Getit Now SL, a Spanish company. Contact: hello@sellerflow.pro

2. Service Description

SellerFlow is a SaaS repricing platform with AI for Amazon sellers. Includes: APEX Engine, FLOW Engine, Competitor DNA, SP-API sync and management dashboard.

3. Registration Requirements

Be at least 18 years old with legal capacity to contract
Be an active Amazon seller with an account in good standing
Have valid Amazon SP-API credentials
Accept these Terms and Privacy Policy

4. Plans and Pricing

Starter: 97 EUR/month - up to 500 SKUs
Pro: 197 EUR/month - up to 2,000 SKUs
Enterprise: 397 EUR/month - unlimited SKUs

Free trial: The first 14 days are completely free. No charge will be made until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

4.1 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial periods already billed
For billing errors, contact hello@sellerflow.pro within 30 days

5. Limitation of Liability

SellerFlow does NOT guarantee specific sales results, profits, Buy Box acquisition, or uninterrupted service availability.

5.1 User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for: prices published on Amazon, compliance with Amazon policies, consequences of automated actions, and correct configuration of minimum and maximum prices.

5.2 Amazon Account Suspensions

SellerFlow is not responsible for suspensions, restrictions or penalties of Amazon accounts, lost sales, or any damages arising from use of the service.

5.3 Maximum Liability

SellerFlow maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of service.

6. Use of Amazon API

User must obtain and maintain valid SP-API credentials
Must comply with Amazon API terms of use at all times
Must revoke SellerFlow access upon cancelling the service

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed solely to provide the service
We do not sell or share data with third parties
Data stored on AWS EU servers (Paris)

8. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms and content of SellerFlow are the exclusive property of Getit Now SL. Reproduction, reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

9. Modifications

SellerFlow may modify these terms with 30 days notice by email. Continued use implies acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Competent courts: registered office of Getit Now SL, Spain.
