Last updated: October 2, 2026 — Get It Now USA LLC
Get It Now USA LLC (Florida, United States), as the provider of the SellerFlow service. Contact: privacy@sellerflow.pro. Security incident contact: elias@getitnowusa.us.
(a) SellerFlow account data: name, email, company, billing details.
(b) The user's Amazon account data, obtained via SP-API with the user's express authorization: pricing, product listings, FBA inventory, seller/business partner information, and financial and fee data. At this stage we do not request order data, shipping data, or end-buyer personal information from our users' Amazon accounts. The only order and buyer data SellerFlow processes comes from the operator's own seller accounts, which it uses to test and run the service, never from subscribers' accounts.
(c) Technical usage data (access logs, IP address, date/time), including our own administrative staff's access, which is logged the same way as any other user's.
To provide the repricing and selling-operations management service; to generate reports and analytics for the user; technical support; security and fraud prevention; compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell data to third parties. We share data, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with:
| Provider | Function | Data received |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Service hosting (EU-based servers) | All information necessary to operate the platform |
| Cloudflare | Infrastructure and network connectivity: encrypted tunnels that give the operator's internal administrative tools access to the platform. The public website and the user application are not routed through Cloudflare | Traffic of those internal tools while in transit, without storing it |
| Anthropic (Claude AI models) | (1) For any user: extracting line items from supplier invoices the user uploads, and the in-app AI assistant. (2) Only for the operator's own seller accounts, never for subscribers: AI-assisted buyer-message responses and order-related case analysis. | (1) The invoice PDF the user uploads; the messages and instructions the user writes in the assistant. (2) Case text and images, order city/postal code/country, of the operator's own orders only |
| SmartScout | Market data enrichment (not a source of the user's Amazon account data) | Market queries, with no personal data of the user or their buyers |
| Google (Gmail) | Sending the service's emails: account notices, onboarding, alerts and reports | Recipient email address and the content of each email |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing | User email, selected plan and internal account identifier. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach SellerFlow |
| ip-api.com | Approximate country of a visitor or user, to choose the interface and email language | IP address (country only is returned and stored) |
| ShipHero | Integration with a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse, only if the user connects their own 3PL account | Product identifiers, quantities, purchase orders and product costs |
| Labelary | Converting shipping labels to PDF. Only for the operator's own shipments, never for subscribers | Shipping label content, including the recipient's name and address, of the operator's own orders only |
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract with the user. As Get It Now USA LLC operates from the United States and uses providers such as Anthropic (US), international data transfers may occur, covered by standard contractual clauses or another valid GDPR mechanism.
Amazon account data is retained while the user's account is active. Upon account closure, data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g., billing records).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) for the most sensitive information categories (Amazon connection credentials). Access is role-restricted and logged, including administrator access.
Users may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or object to processing of their data by writing to privacy@sellerflow.pro. Users may also revoke SellerFlow's access to their Amazon account at any time from their own Seller Central.
In the event of a security incident affecting Amazon data, we will notify Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours of detection, and affected users in accordance with applicable law.
