Looking for a Sellerboard alternative

If you already track profit properly, you know the analytics are only half the job. The other half is acting on them — and that usually means a second and a third subscription.

Sellerboard is a profit analytics tool. If profit reporting is all you need, comparing profit dashboards directly is the right exercise. SellerFlow covers that ground and adds repricing, shipping and purchasing in the same system, which matters when the numbers are meant to drive decisions rather than only report them.

Let us be straight about the comparison

Sellerboard is a good profit-analytics product and a lot of sellers are happy with it. This page is not going to tell you otherwise, and we are not going to characterise a competitor's roadmap or internals that we cannot verify. What we can do is describe what SellerFlow is, and let you decide whether the difference matters for how you work.

The difference is scope, and where the numbers come from

Why "one system" is not just a packaging argument

When pricing, profit and shipping live in different tools, each one works from its own copy of the truth. The repricer prices with an assumed shipping cost; the analytics tool later records what the parcel really cost; nobody reconciles the two, and the margin you thought you had is not the margin you got.

Here the cost that the repricer uses to set a floor and the cost the board reports are the same cost, from the same source. That is the part that is hard to replicate by subscribing to three good tools.

Where a dedicated analytics tool may still suit you better

Being honest is more useful than winning every row. If you only want profit analytics, you do not want to change how you price, and you are happy with your current setup, a specialised tool does that job well and there is no strong reason to move.

SellerFlow makes sense when you want the pricing decision and the profit measurement to come from the same data — and when you would rather not reconcile three dashboards by hand at the end of the month.

On the numbers above. The 0.14% and the 14,559 orders are from our own last audit against Amazon's settlement report, published as measured. We do not quote figures for anyone else's product.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Sellerboard alternative?

It depends on whether you need analytics or action. For profit reporting alone, compare dashboards on how they reconcile against Amazon's settlement report. If you also need the numbers to set prices and drive purchasing, that is a different category and a broader system becomes relevant. There is a fuller comparison by use case.

Does SellerFlow replace a profit analytics tool?

It covers the same ground: real fees, real cost of goods, real shipping cost, reconciled against Amazon's settlement report. The difference is that the same calculation also becomes the floor under your prices, instead of living in a separate report you read afterwards.

Why would I want repricing and analytics in one system?

Because otherwise the two disagree. A dashboard that computes cost one way and a repricer that assumes another produce a floor price that does not match the margin report, and neither is wrong on its own. They are just not the same number.

Can I keep using my current analytics tool alongside?

Yes, and plenty of sellers do while they compare. It is worth reconciling both against Amazon's settlement report rather than against each other, because two tools agreeing does not make either of them right. If the two disagree, the settlement report is the arbiter. Comparing the tools against each other only tells you they were built differently.
